Red Pepper is THE place to go to for Sydney’s best Korean Fried Chicken. And trust me, I’ve eaten A LOT. The Snow Cheese Chicken seems to be the most popular – cheese dust that tastes like ground up Twisties add a decadent dose of nostalgia and naughtiness – but I particularly love the Spring Onion Chicken. Crispy fried chicken gets a sweet wasabi/soy sauce and a handful of fresh shaved spring onion, making it an absolute textural and flavour heaven.

    Great list! Ironically I love the idea of late night eating but have never partaken of it… Probably because I crash out on the bed too early. Haha.
