What to order:
The Chat Thai menu runs the gamut of the popular – like the omnipresent Pad Thai to the more obscure – Coconut Sticky Rice with Durian, anyone? My personal favourite is the Dtum Tardt – a variation of fresh papaya salad, with rice boodles, Thai sausage, and fermented crab. If you’re not quite feeling adventurous, the Pad Thai is pretty damn good, too.

    Great list! Ironically I love the idea of late night eating but have never partaken of it… Probably because I crash out on the bed too early. Haha.
