Black Garlic Miso Butter Recipe

What happens when you have homemade black garlic and homemade butter? Black garlic miso butter, of course! Super quick, easy, and freezer friendly, for those garlic butter emergencies!
Total Time 10 minutes mins
- 250 g butter
- 10 cloves black garlic more, if you like it
- 2 tbsp miso heaped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Place all ingredients in food processor and process till smooth and mixed.
Pipe/spread onto cling wrap or baking paper, and shape into a log.
Refrigerate or freeze till firm, and wrap in foil to store.
